999 Staff...

The National Emergency Services Museum is a self-funded, independent museum and does not receive any financial support for the day-to-day running of the charity.

As a THANK YOU to the Emergency Services for their ongoing support with donations of uniform, equipment and most importantly your stories, we allow 999 Staff 1/2 price entry into the museum!

How does this work?

When entering the museum please make our staff aware that you are a member of 999 staff and show your valid ID.

Please note that it is only the following IDs are accepted for discounted entry:

- Fire & Rescue Service (serving and retired)

- Police Officer (serving and retired)

- NHS Ambulance Service including CFRs.

- NHS employees

- Air Ambulance

- RNLI

- Mountain Rescue

- Mines Rescue

- Bomb Disposal

- Lowland Rescue

- Military

- Blue light card holders

(Please contact us before visiting if you are unsure if you qualify for this discount).

We would love to be a 100% free entry museum, but as a self-funded, independent charity, this is not possible.
