We have missed you all so much!

We have introduced new measures to help the museum remain a COVID secure space. The health, safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and volunteers is our greatest priority so whist things will be a little different, we are excited to be able to welcome you back.

  • Contactless card payments will be the primary payment method available.

Hygiene and Cleaning:

  • Hand sanitising facilities will be available at various points around the museum.

  • We have introduced thorough and frequent cleaning schedules throughout the museum.

  • Safety screens will be in place in the admissions and shop area.

Toilets:

  • Toilet facilities are located on the ground floor and 1st floor.

  • We have increased our cleaning and sanitising schedule of these areas.

  • We have temporarily removed some of our interactive hands-on exhibits.

  • We are currently unable to run our fire engine rides.

Tack Room Coffee Shop:

  • Our coffee shop will reopen but limited coffee shop seating will be available at this time.
